This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the ps150 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ps150 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ps150 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

The ps150 platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts may be terminated without prior notice.

Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the ps150 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or terminated.

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. ps150 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for the purposes of account verification or financial transaction processing.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. ps150 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account information.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the ps150 support team immediately. You should change your password right away and notify us of any suspicious activity.

User Responsibilities & Rules

As a ps150 platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. This platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for commercial purposes, fraud, or any illegal activity.

The following are strictly prohibited on the ps150 platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from ps150.
  • Sharing your account with another individual or allowing someone else to use your account.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the payment or betting system.
  • Distributing unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content to other users through any communication channel on the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit any vulnerability in the ps150 platform's systems.
  • Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity information.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and ps150 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending an internal investigation.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ps150 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimate and not derived from any illegal source.

Deposits can be made via the methods listed on the platform, including Touch 'n Go, FPX, and online banking with major Malaysian banks. ps150 does not accept direct cash transactions.

Fund withdrawals will be processed subject to the following conditions:

  • User identity verification has been completed.
  • There are no active investigations relating to the account in question.
  • The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set by the platform.
  • The chosen withdrawal method is the same as, or linked to, the original deposit method.

Ps150 is not responsible for processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the ps150 support team within 14 days of the transaction date.

Ps150 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity, and may report such transactions to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The ps150 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. ps150 does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or free from viruses and other cybersecurity threats.

Ps150 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including loss of profits or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

Intellectual Property & External Links

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and software found on the ps150 platform are the property of ps150 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent.

The ps150 platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. ps150 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites and does not endorse them in any way.

Amendments to Terms, Account Suspension & Governing Law

Amendments to Terms

Ps150 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Account Termination & Suspension Policy

Ps150 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any rule set out in these terms.
  • Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate.
  • Activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.
  • At the user's own request to close the account.
  • Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under ps150's internal policy.

Upon account termination, users retain the right to claim any legitimate remaining balance in their account, subject to verification and applicable conditions, except in cases of termination due to fraud or a serious breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
